This
year has been celebratory in more ways than one. The most outstanding
occasion was, most undoubtedly, the release of my first book on
the environment, ‘Climate Change’. It was released by two Nobel
Laureates, Mr Al Gore and Dr. Rajendra Pachauri, in March. A month
later the second book in the series, ‘Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle’
was launched by Mrs Sheila Dixit, Chief Minister of Delhi.
Subsequently,
my writing journey has been a green one! I have written sixteen
books for TERI (The Energy & Resources Institute) all of which
have been showcased at the Frankfurt Book Fair, 2008.
With
over seventy published books, several translated to diverse Indian
regional languages, there is little that can dilute my urge to create
and express. There is more to come, with my ingress into the genre
of comic books. The first of these will see fruition by end 2008.
A
word of gratitude to family, friends, and colleagues for their abetment
of my passionate and sometimes solitary pursuits – thank you!
